What makes cakes and treats from the sugar monkey so special?

At the sugar monkey, we use only fresh, all natural high quality ingredients: European style butter, Valrhona chocolates and seasonal fruits. Combine that with a whole lot of love for what we do and you can’t go wrong!

Does The Sugar Monkey deliver its cakes and treats?

The sugar monkey does offer local delivery for a minimal charge. We also deliver our wedding and special occasion cakes at a cost of $40/hour based on roundtrip time.  The minimum delivery charge is $40.

So what does local mean?

East- the Atlantic Ocean, West – Military Trail, North – PGA Blvd., South – Southern Blvd.

Can you ship treats from The Sugar Monkey?

We definitely can ship treats anywhere. Our treats have no artificial ingredients – which makes them super yummy but also more delicate. We will only ship using Federal Express Overnight or 2 day and the shipping costs will be added to the total. We pack our treats will the utmost care using ice packs and bubble wrap, but cannot guarantee that breakage will not occur. No refunds will be made.

Can I come visit your shop?

The Sugar Factory and Cake Studio is where all the magic happens. Visits are by Appointment Only.

Do you have a retail location?

While we do not yet have our own retail shop, we do offer our treats at the West Palm Beach Greenmarket www.wpb.org/greenmarket every Saturday beginning October 17th 2009 through April 2010. You may call earlier in the week to have your order waiting. Of course, you can always make arrangements to pick them up at the Sugar Factory if you wish. Please visit our online store.

What methods of payment do you accept?

The sugar monkey accepts cash, credit card and personal checks. Greenmarket is cash only please.

For that immediate treat fix please visit our online store. You can visit us on Saturdays at the West Palm Beach Greenmarket. We can also schedule pick-ups at the Sugar Factory by appointment.
